At Yale New Haven Hospital, we believe visits and contact with family and friends is an important part of the healing process for our patients. Here is all the information you need to contact or send letters, email or gifts loved ones staying.
You may call the hospital's patient information line at 203-688-4177 any time to get a patient's room and phone number. If you are a patient and do not want this information released, please call the Admitting Office at 203-688-3331 or ask the patient service manager on your unit to make those arrangements.
Cards, letters, flowers and other gifts will arrive fastest when addressed as detailed below. Please remember that latex balloons are not permitted in the hospital due to allergies.
