Grimes Center staff members celebrated their U.S. News rankings for short- and long-term care.
U.S. News & World Report recently recognized the Grimes Center as one of the 25 Best Nursing Homes in Connecticut and one of the top three in New Haven.
The Grimes Center was recognized as “high performing” for short-term rehabilitation of patients who have had recent accidents or hospital stays and require a few weeks or months of skilled nursing care; and for long-term care, which includes services such as skilled nursing, medication management and help with activities of daily living.
U.S. News rated more than 15,000 U.S. nursing homes based on patient and resident outcomes for its 2025 rankings.
