On the menu: What’s on your mind?

It’s hard to hit the pause button when we’re so busy.

But having a meal with others gives us a much-needed break and an opportunity to share thoughts about what’s going on. Starting this month, YNHH President Richard D’Aquila will invite employees to do just that. Each month, he’ll host breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea with 12 randomly chosen, non-supervisory employees from different roles, departments, shifts and locations. These gatherings will give employees the chance to share what’s going on at work, ask questions about the organization and offer ideas for improvements.

Employees selected for the gatherings each month will receive an invitation. Watch for more communications.
