YNHH celebrates Nurses Week
During Nurses Week May 6 - 12, YNHH nurses enjoyed a variety of fun and relaxing events, including ice cream socials, breakfasts, chair massages and the traditional blessing of the hands. The week also highlighted nurses’ commitment to advancing practice, with a special Nursing Grand Rounds presentation on de-escalation. Once again this year, radio station WEBE 108 delivered plants to various nursing units, and on-air personality Danny Lyons stopped by to thank nurses for the care they provide every day.
