Social Work Program

Yale New Haven Hospital's social work services assists individuals and families by helping them address problems and issues related to their medical conditions or those of a family member and by providing counseling for emotional issues.

Services include:

• Support groups, family counseling, parenting programs and substance use treatment
• Referrals for community resources such as Social Security disability, the Prescription Assistance (340B) Program and My Ride
