Tina Bennett, MPA, has been named Yale New Haven Health’s system director of Patient Experience. She joined Yale New Haven Hospital in 2005 as a supervisor in Food and Nutrition and has held a number of management positions since, including supervisor and manager of Environmental Services; manager, senior manager and director of Patient Transport; and, most recently, director of Patient Transport and Community Outreach programs. Bennett earned her undergraduate degree in communications from Southern Connecticut State University and her master’s in public administration, health care management, from the University of New Haven.
