YNHHS celebrates National Compliance and Ethics Week

YNHHS Office of Privacy and Corporate Compliance staff marked National Compliance Week in November with information tables at each delivery network. Staffing one of the YNHH tables were (l-r): Gayle Slossberg, vice president and chief compliance and integrity officer, YNHHS, Ben Sibert, Sofia Lequerica, Hannah Tullo and Becky Ryan.

From November 7-11, Yale New Haven Health’s Office of Privacy and Corporate Compliance (OPCC) celebrated National Corporate Compliance and Ethics Week in-person across the system.
The week’s events promoted awareness of specific rules and regulations and an overall culture of compliance. OPCC employees staffed information tables and rounded at each delivery network, interacting with more than 650 employees throughout YNHHS. Employees were invited to play a “Can You Spy What Does Not Comply?” game and talk with OPCC staff.

The OPCC encourages people to report issues such as known or suspected violations of the law and YNHHS’ Code of Conduct or Policies and Procedures by:
