Clinical Fellows

Clinical Fellow Applicants

This page is intended for clinical fellow applicants. All others should proceed to Medical and Affiliated Staff Applicants page.

All ACGME and NON-ACGME clinical fellows employed by either Yale New Haven Hospital or Yale University must complete a Clinical Fellow Application and be approved before beginning work in any capacity.

In order for YNHH to accurately track applications in process, each fellowship coordinator is required to submit the names of the clinical fellows who will be working in his/her respective department/section by e-mail to Karen Gleeson or Susan Colavolpe-Muir. A confirmation e-mail will be sent acknowledging receipt of the notification. If you do not receive a confirmation within five business days, please contact the Medical Staff Administration at 203-688-2615.
